Please have these things completed PRIOR to try-outs: 
Medical Release Form
Kodiak VB Registration Form
ERVA/USAVB membership (see forms page)
Tryout membership if you are not certain you are playing, if you are buying a season membership it is 
26-27 ERVA U-17 Local for U-11
26-27 ERVA Junior player for all other age groups
